Before you write

Proofs arrive within 12 hours of ordering. Check your spam folder before chasing one.
Want a change to a proof? Use the revision link in the proof email, it reaches the studio faster.
Framed orders for Halloween close Friday 16 October. Unframed prints close a few days later.
Framed delivery is 5 to 7 working days after you approve, not after you order.

Quick answers

Where is my proof?

Within 12 hours of ordering, to the email you checked out with. If it is not there and not in spam, send us your order number and we will resend it.

Can I change my photo?

Yes, as long as we have not sent the proof yet. Reply with the new photo and your order number and we will swap it.

Can I cancel?

Before you approve your proof, yes, in full. Once you approve it the order goes to print and cannot be cancelled, because personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. Damaged or faulty items are always replaced.
