Cancelling and refunds

Before you approve your proof: cancel any time for a full refund, no questions asked. One revision is included, so most people change the artwork rather than cancel.

After you approve it: your portrait goes to print and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Damaged, faulty or not as approved is always replaced or refunded.
